Real Estate

  1. New classes start every Monday.

    The Nevada Real Estate Pre Licensing course is broken into 4 course modules: Agency, Finance, Realty, and State Law.

    Each module is one week in duration and is independent of the next. Courses are offered from 9AM to 130PM or 6PM to 1030PM. Courses are offered in person at 3320 East Flamingo LV NV 89121 OR the seminars can be taken via LIVE stream video (Same times).

    Beginning September 19 2022, courses are offered from 9AM to 130PM in person at The Reno Sparks Association of Realtors 5650 Riggins Court Reno NV 89502.

    Beginning September 19 2022, courses are offered from 1230PM to 5PM in person at Ticor Title 8363 West Sunset Road Las Vegas NV 89113.

    It does not matter which module the student starts with. A student can start any Monday (or the first day of the week if there is a holiday).

    Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent access to an active calendar that allows the student to select the course start date, course location and format their live sessions (In person Vs LIVE stream) accordingly.   

  2. All courses are available through livestream only.

    Students should see the calendar for exact times as they fluctuate per module.
