Available Programs

We offer both pre and post-exam education. All home inspection pre-licensing education can be completed in the classroom or via livestream video.

The 101 and 102 Courses Combine LIVE stream and physical classroom lecture. Though physical classroom course sessions are recommended, the entire session can be completed via LIVE stream upon approval.

See our course calendar for available classroom/livestream start dates.

Once the tuition is paid, the student will be sent access to an active calendar that allows the student to select the course start date and format their live sessions accordingly.

Testing & Certification

Nevada requires the completion of a three-step process to activate a structural inspection license.

After completing the exam, you can meet the 25 inspections requirement by enrolling in our practical training program, Structural Inspection 102, at Key Realty School.
