How to renew your Mortgage Lending license
- Be 18 or older
- Take 8 hours of SAFE Comprehensive Continuing Education, which includes 3 hours of Federal Law, 2 hours of Ethics, 2 hours of Non-traditional Mortgage Lending, and 1 hour of an elective course.
