Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Nevada real estate pre-licensing courses are designed for students who do not hold or have never held a license in Nevada or another state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Courses are offered through in-person instruction, livestream, traditional home study, and self-paced online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Regardless of chosen delivery method, students are required to first test through the school website to obtain the school certificate of completion, then proceed to the state testing center to meet licensing requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Students who have prior licensed experience are encouraged to contact the school for an independent evaluation of student credentials.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n Complete Nevada\u2019s pre-licensing courses in a way that suits your learning style:<\/strong> on-site classrooms, via livestream, at-home study with the course book, or online at your own pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All pre-licensing courses provide the 120-hour Nevada-required certificate upon successful completion of the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Home study and online students can start immediately after enrollment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Classroom and livestream students select their start date, location, and course delivery method in the active student portal (supplied immediately after enrollment).
